Updates 12-13-2011

So I finally got to catch up with all the WordPress updates.
Every site I manage is now running WordPress 3.3.

All plugins are up to date…
Themes are updated… code has been adjusted to be valid…

I also did a apt-get upgrade and dovecot of course was updated.
svn pull on roundcubemail had some changes…

So the updates end.
Enjoy!

Updates 11-14-2011

So I installed z-push-2 from svn tonight.
You should probably re-add your account on your mobile device to pick up the new features.
(ActiveSync 14.0 supported now.)

New roundcubemail svn pull as well tonight.

I also bumped up the max supported connections per ip for imap connections.
Hope you folks are enjoying stuff still.

This is all…

Roundcube

So I did an svn pull a couple of days ago that apparently exposed some bad values in the config file.
I had a merry task of hunting it down, first I thought it was the imap server causing hiccups.
So I tried all sorts of crap including downgrading to an older copy of roundcube.

Finally I decided to diff -urN the conf files and just update everything.
And now I’m pleased to say cubemail works again for everybody.
(at least it should)

Sorry about the interruption of service but at least it didn’t take too long to fix imho.
Enjoy!

Updates 06-16-2010

I did another apt-get upgrade mainly bind9 stuff nothing too important.

I installed imapproxy for squirrelmail/roundcubemail you should notice
an increase in speed when using them. (I know I did!)

Svn pulls were also performed tonight (roundcubemail, z-push)
Sadly because of so many changes I had to reset the roundcubemail
SQL database you will have to setup your account stuff again. (Sorry!)

I fixed mimedefang today for some reason it had a fit and prevented
sendmail from doing it’s job properly…

I updated all wordpress plugins on all of the sites I manage.

And I played around with WordPress 3.0 RC3 tonight it’s looking good.

Now friend connect with me via the bar at top and read the site more
often users! All major changes that occur on Inexistence I post here!

End of Line.

Updates 01-05-2010

Once again wordpress has been upgraded on all accounts I manage to 2.9.1.

svn pulls have been performed as well.
apt-get stuff etc…

DKIM is rocking still…

And so ends another update notice.

Updates 12-21-2009

All WordPress installs I manage are now 2.9.
All svn pulls are current as of now.
apt-get update/upgrade/dist-upgrade done as well.
So yeah things are up to date again…

So maybe back to Borderlands eh?

Updates 11-18-2009

And the updates for today are:

All WordPress installs are up to date.
SVN pulls have been done.
apt-get update / dist-upgrade has been done.

IPV6 is coming back soon just have to re-enable the tunnel.

On a side note I’m playing around with the idea of dovecot or another wu-imapd
replacement, I’ll let you know what I decide.

IPV6 Experiment on Hiatus…

The ipv6 experiment is over as I had to switch back to our old router as DaVs needed the airport extreme.
The reason this breaks ipv6 is the current build of dd-wrt I’m using does not support it.

When I get the time I’ll update to a version that does support it….

And the difference being is I know dd-wrt supports ipv6 a lot better than apple does for the router.
Aka tunnelbroker will be back and pointing to inexistence in the future…

Side effect though ftp + tls works again thanks to using dd-wrt!

PS. All things upgraded tonight (apt-get and svn pulls)
